John "Jack" A. Follis

Jack has been a shareholder with Anderson Hunter since 1995.  He specializes in tort litigation, primarily injury and employment cases representing individuals, businesses, municipalities and insurance companies  As a trial lawyer Jack has litigated hundreds of cases from inception through arbitration or trial in State and Federal Court.  Jack is one of the very few attorneys that has tried cases in three different states, Washington, New York and Connecticut.  He is also one of the few attorneys that regularly represents both injured persons and insurance companies in injury cases. This experience provides a unique perspective with respect to injury litigation.   
Jack has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics Magazine on multiple occasions.  He is also an affiliated neutral with Washington Arbitration and Mediation Services (WAMS) the Northwest’s premier network of highly trained and skilled dispute resolution professionals. When not practicing law, Jack is an avid tennis player, obtaining the #1 ranking in the Pacific Northwest for players 45 and older.  Jack has also coached the Jackson High School mock trial team since 2012.  Jack,  his wife Laura and two sons live in Mill Creek.
