Kristi Favard

Kristi is a shareholder and has been at Anderson Hunter since 2010. The majority of her practice focuses on construction and construction litigation, real estate, land use, environmental law and commercial litigation. Kristi has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers in construction insurance coverage, and lien foreclosure actions. She has also worked with businesses and individuals in contract and real estate/land use disputes, environmental cleanup, and complex litigation matters.

Kristi is skilled in drafting contracts for owners, contractors, and subcontractors. She also drafts boundary line agreements, easements, and other real estate related documents. Kristi is also a litigator, having successfully argued motions and represented clients at arbitration and trial, including several matters appealed at the State and Federal court level.

Prior to joining Anderson Hunter, Kristi was with a boutique law firm in Seattle focusing on construction, land use and real estate law.

Kristi and her family live in Everett.
