Vickie K. Norris

Vickie has been with the Anderson Hunter Law Firm since 1981. Her practice emphasis is on employment law issues – discrimination/harassment, FMLA and other leave laws and employment practices. Vickie frequently provides training and advice on a variety of employment law topics to local employers and professional groups; including Snohomish County PUD, Sno-Isle Libraries, Everett Clinic, Port of Everett, The Herald, Port of Edmonds, City of Everett, Northwest Human Resource Management Association and Everett Chamber of Commerce. She is also asked to speak regarding litigation and ethics issues by the Washington State Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.

Before joining Anderson Hunter, Vickie was a Snohomish County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney prosecuting criminal matters (1978-81).

Vickie and her husband J Robert Leach, who is a Court of Appeals Judge with the State of Washington, reside in Everett and enjoy traveling, reading and their two cats, Bob’D Cat and Buddy Guy.
